For the fall season, it’s all about statements. Statement coats dominated the show, much to the approval of New York’s population of fashionistas currently battling the cold. Cozy comfort was the name of the game when BCBG models stormed the runway. Chunky knits and psychadelic patterns paved the way for a hippie’s dream. The boho influence was strong in this one, with plenty of pieces suitable for those rock n’ roll gals looking to keep things on the chill side. From paisley silk to subdued neutrals and bits of fabulous fringe in between, BCBG is paving the way for some major Woodstock moments. We can’t imagine a more perfect way to usher in the fall.
