Even though whale sharks are known for being friendly, they are still the world’s largest species of fish and this makes them quite scary. Just the fact that they have “shark” in their name should send shivers down your spine, but this isn’t the case for a photographer named Tom Cannon who took some incredible photos when a whale shark came next to his boat.

Tom Cannon was taking a boat ride with his friends on the coast of Ningaloo Reef. The weather was amazing and the boat ride was going great. However, everything changed when this next thing happened.
