Frank Jude was a 26 year old young man from Milwaukee when he was beaten by several off-duty police officers. He was leaving a party with one of his friends Harris Lovell that night, and apparently they stole a wallet from one of the officers. Harris was cut with a knife and he managed to escape, while Frank Jude was stabbed in the ears with a sharp pen, had cuts on all of his body and  he was left there to bleed for an hour.
