As if millions of dollars, a famous husband and a super cute baby weren’t enough to render us a little jealous of Kim K., her fierce fall wardrobe just sealed the deal. Clearly paying no mind to that outdated rule shunning white after Labor Day, we thinks the Calabasas Cleopatra is looking every bit the fashion icon she’s come to be.
On a date night in London with Kanye (because of course), Kim rocked a bodycon dress from the brand Awake by Natalia Alaverdian. Ankle-strap Balenciaga shoes topped off another fabulous outfit from Kim K. We’re hoping the sight of this winter-appropriate wonder will serve as inspiration for all those fashionistas feeling shy of the all-white trend. Fear not, style sisters, for you, too, can look sleek, chic and sexy by rocking a variety of monochromatic ensembles.
The summer season may be over but we’re remaining loyal to the crop top until winter. Sorry, not sorry. For a glamorous girls’ night out with your best gal pals, throw on a white pencil skirt and pair it with a sleek white crop top. Accessories like sleek pointy-toe pumps or a simple ankle-strapped sandal are ideal for letting your clothing shine on its own. A black blazer thrown on top when the night gets chilly is completely reminiscent of Kim K’s style, without being overly sexy nor stuffy.
While his attitude takes some getting used to, we’ll admit Kanye’s profound impact on Kim’s style and for this, thank you! Kim’s wardrobe was once filled with nothing but bodycon dresses and sky-high platforms, to which we say “cute, but been there, done that”. Hip, fresh and with an unmistakable edge that we can always appreciate, Kim’s minimalist/glamour girl vibe made some ridiculously chic looks in the recent years. And her recent turn into urban mom? Adorable! We love how Kim K. coordinates with baby North West, and even without dad Kanye in tow, his style is evident in spirit. From chambray tops to tiny Timberlands and scrunched up sleeves in between, we think North West is well on her way to dominating the baby street style scene.
