It’s hard not to simultaneously love and envy Blake Lively. On the one hand, the girl has got killer style. On the other, she’s got Ryan Reynolds. We can’t think of a greater combination. Not too shabby for the girl who got her start wearing traveling pants!
And so, it came as no surprise that Blake was looking all kinds of drop dead gorgeous at Cannes. When Cannes comes around, the A-list bring their A-game, sporting some of the most gorgeous gowns in the world. Mr. Reynolds’ Mrs. sported Chanel to perfection on Thursday, strutting her stuff in couture from the label’s spring 2014 collection. Leave it to Blake to make a statement. We are now obsessed with combining iridescents and whites.
Not only are the embellishments on Blake’s dress simply swoon-worthy, but the silhouette creates a stunning hour-glass shape that’s hard to look away from. Ever the classy lady, a matching shawl makes her the epitome of Old Hollywood glamour, a look she’s completely nailed in the past. You gotta love the girl for staying true to her aesthetic. Glamorous, sophisticated and eternally chic, Blake just gets it when it comes to style and we can’t wait to see what totally fab ensembles she’s seen rocking in the coming months. It’s about time she comes out of hiding! Trust us, we’ve definitely missed our Blake. If her red carpet appearances at Cannes are any indication, girlfriend is preparing to shut it down this summer season, so be on the lookout for all of the fabulousness that is Blake Lively.
