Bill Cosby’s Wife Forced To Testify In Defamation Lawsuit

Camille and Cosby have been married since 1964.

“My husband doesn’t deserve jail, but he does deserve every bit of the hell he’s going through now even though he is still pretending that this hell doesn’t exist”, Camille reportedly told a close family friend.

A total of seven women have brought charges regarding Bill in the MA civil lawsuit, claiming that he “sexually assaulted or abused them, that each publicly accused Cosby, and Cosby responded by calling the women liars, thus defaming them…”

The judge ruled that her feelings did not outweigh the potential significance of her testimony and that because of Camille Cosby’s dual role as Bill’s wife and business manager, it was possible that she may have information relevant to the civil case.

The deposition, which is scheduled for this week, will be the first time Camille has answered questions under oath since the allegations of sexual abuse against Cosby begun to surface.

Constand is one of 50 women who have come forward accusing Cosby of sexual misconduct.

Hennessy denied a motion filed by Camille Cosby that she not be made to testify in the case of the state’s marital disqualification law which “renders her incompetent” because she could potentially be asked to speak against her husband.

Cosby, who has remained largely silent amid the scandal, started the year with a message of thanks to those who have been supporting him. Instead, Cosby was flanked by his lawyer in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, and was able to leave after posting $100,000 – which represents 10 percent of the $1 million bail Cosby had to pay for the Aggravated Indecent Assault charge.

Let’s keep in mind that this info is coming from a “source” rather than Camille Cosby herself. “He is the man you thought you knew”, she said.

Cosby, who denies wrongdoing, has countersued the women, saying their accusations damaged his reputation.
