‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star Teresa Giudice released from prison

Star of popular American television series The Real Housewives of New Jersey Teresa Giudice was freed from a CT prison Wednesday, reports say.

Teresa Giudice’s attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., picked her up from prison and drove her home, revealing that the reunion with her family was a sight to warm the heart.

Giudice was sent to prison to serve a 15-month sentence in January. “She can’t wait to see them”, a source told People magazine ahead of her release.

Bravo TV cameras are already filming Giudice, her husband Joe and their four children, an individual familiar with production told TheWrap.

Despite one source previously telling Us that work is at the bottom of Teresa’s priority list now that she’s free, TMZ reported she’ll likely film scenes for The Real Housewives of New Jersey or maybe even her own special. The two pleaded guilty to a number of fraud and conspiracy charges at the same time in March 2014, but the judge staggered their sentences to allow one of the parents to be home to take care of the girls.

Teresa Giudice is out of prison just in time for Christmas and it appears it’ll be a very merry Giudice holiday. She plans to head home to Montville, New Jersey, to be with her husband, Joe, and their four daughters.

Giudice will remain on home confinement until February 5. She has served her time and surely learned something from the experience over the past year.

The whole family was said to have been “anxiously anticipating her arrival”, according to People, while Joe was reportedly “waiting for her in the driveway smiling”. There, she was surprised with a brand new Lexus SUV, complete with a red bow on top.

Moreover, the couple confessed that they hid assets and submitted fake loan applications and failing to pay taxes. His lawyer claimed that he came to an infant and did not know he was not an American citizen.
